A.B., M.A., English Lit., from Cal, Berkeley; M.Div., Church Divinity School of the Pacific; D.Min., the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Rector of St. Andrew’s, Pittsburgh, since July, 1994. a priest of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, orthodox in theology, cautious and moderate in temperament, “remaining Episcopalian” through the current troubles, a member of the Communion Partner Rectors list. My continuing interests include the Anglican pastoral culture, Benedictine religious life, Biblical Studies, poetry, mystery novels, and historical biography. In my spare time I enjoy yard work and the Pittsburgh sports scene. Baseball especially, all my life, but in this town Football and Hockey are also seriously fun business.
